Nononpa Jijinpa

In FFXIV, Nononpa Jijinpa is an easygoing Lalafellin elder in Maduin (Dynamis DC). He’s content on his own. When given a chance, Nononpa is eager to use his tools to forge a charming memory for a fellow adventurer.

Nononpa tends to misplace or bury any item that isn’t related to crafting. A little extra time guarantees he’ll figure out where it is.
Being old means plenty of wild experiences. There's isn't much that truly fazes Nononpa at this point. Regardless, he remains expressive at the smallest of life's delights.
Nononpa's part of a lineage of fine adventurers. He's proud of his family, most of all his wife. They’re all skilled Disciples of War and Magic across myriad jobs, in contrast to Nononpa’s main professions.

Traits

Trait	Description
Crafting Fever	Increases Craftsmanship by 2% after crafting an HQ item. Duration: 30s. Effect ends immediately if an NQ item is crafted or if item synthesis fails.
Ambient Upskilling	Increases the maximum cap of Rested EXP while roleplaying with players of a higher level.
